Feel better sooner.

Using trauma informed care, I help you address overwhelming feelings associated with childhood trauma, PTSD, grief, gender and sexual identity, and depression.

You haven’t tried it all—yet.

You may be feeling alone in the shame and sadness you’ve been struggling with, especially if you’ve tried therapy and medication without results. Using my approach, we can make the changes you’ve been hoping to make—quickly.

MY APPROACH

My approach is a dynamic, relational approach to psychotherapy characterized by the deeply supportive, caring relationship between therapist and patient and a focus on the here and now.

The emotional safety and trust that develops between therapist and patient leads you to find glimmers of hope and possibility, unblock stuck emotions, speeds up the healing process, creates positive changes in the brain, and brings about deep transformation.

THE PROCESS

1

Before we begin working together, we’ll set up a time to chat to make sure that we’re a good fit. If so, we’ll schedule your session.

2

During our sessions, we’ll work somatically—you’ll tell me what you’re feeling in your body, and I’ll help you unpack the emotions and memories connected to those feelings.

3

Throughout our work, we’ll process your feelings to help you leave behind shame, grief, anger, despair, and trauma, and gain a deep appreciation for your many strengths.

4

You’ll develop a profound understanding of your core self, be able to form healthier relationships, leave behind toxic people, heal old wounds, and live a more rewarding life.
